One-on-one Classes

You can enable one-on-one bookings while adding a subject.

Enabling one-on-one bookings will permit customers to book time with teaching staff, for that subject, as per the teaching staff member's calendar availability.

🚨 Please make sure your staff's teaching subjects and working hours are set up for them to show as selection options on the booking page.

Do note that this, however, doesn't prevent you from scheduling classes for any subject on your calendar.

To customize how one-on-one bookings should work for you. Navigate to the Online Bookings > Settings > One-on-one tab. You will see the below options:

Booking interval
Booking lead time
When can students book?
Accepting bookings
Attendance marking

Booking interval

Booking interval refers to the duration or time slot a customer can book a class/session with a staff member.

Choose the Booking interval time from the drop-down menu. The intervals could be 15, 30, 60, 90, or 120 minutes. For instance, selecting 15 minutes would open slots for 8:00 am - 8:15 am, 8:15 - 8:30 am, etc. Or, if you wish to select 30 mins, then 8:00 am - 8:30 am, 8:30 - 9:00 am… so on and so forth.

Booking lead time

Booking lead time refers to the minimum amount of time you require to be notified before a client makes an online booking. This can be set in days, hours, or minutes from the drop-down options.

For example, if the booking lead time is set for 2 days, the client can only make an online booking before 2 days; if it is set in hours, for instance, 8 hours, then the client can only make an online booking prior to 8 hours.

💡 Tip: if you’re accepting instant bookings from customers you can set it to 0 minutes.

When can students book?

Choose whether the students have the option to book Indefinitely into the future that is, they can book at any time and day. Or, only for Specified days into the future. In the case of the latter, what would be the number of days?

Accept one-on-one bookings

Select whether you prefer to Manually approve one-on-one bookings or have them Automatically accepted.

Attendance marking

Select whether you prefer to Manually mark attendance or have student/leads Automatically check-in as present.

💡 You can also toggle the Permit one-on-one bookings online button while you’re Adding a subject. The subject would already be checked in this section plus displayed on your online booking page.
