Adding Staff Pay Rates

Configure Payrates for your staff members for the classes they conduct. Follow these steps:

Navigate to the People menu on the left side of the screen, and click on Staff.
To add the Staff pay rate, click on any row that corresponds to that staff member.
In the staff member’s profile, click on the Subject and Pay rates tab.
Under the respective subject, you can now set the staff pay rate either as a fixed amount or as a percentage.
To do this, simply select your preferred option—currency or percentage—from the drop-down menu, and enter the corresponding value in the box.

💡The percentage is calculated based on the revenue generated from each class, streamlining payroll management to directly reflect class earnings.
