Booking interval

Booking interval refers to the duration or time slot a customer can book a class/session with a staff member.

Choose the Booking interval time from the drop-down menu. The intervals could be 15, 30, 60, 90, or 120 minutes. For instance, selecting 15 minutes would open slots for 8:00 am - 8:15 am, 8:15 - 8:30 am, etc. Or, if you wish to select 30 mins, then 8:00 am - 8:30 am, 8:30 - 9:00 am… so on and so forth.

Booking lead time

Booking lead time refers to the minimum amount of time you require to be notified before a client makes an online booking. This can be set in days, hours, or minutes from the drop-down options.

For example, if the booking lead time is set for 2 days, the client can only make an online booking before 2 days; if it is set in hours, for instance, 8 hours, then the client can only make an online booking prior to 8 hours.

💡 Tip: if you’re accepting instant bookings from customers you can set it to 0 minutes.

When can students book?

Choose whether the students have the option to book Indefinitely into the future that is, they can book at any time and day. Or, only for Specified days into the future. In the case of the latter, what would be the number of days?
