One-on-One Classes

To set up a one-on-one class, follow these simple steps -

  1. The key step for setting up a one-on-one class involves choosing which class to include on the online booking page. You can enable one-on-one bookings when adding a subject.
  2. Assign a staff member(s) for the subject you’re enabling one-on-one classes for and adjust their working hours to facilitate this.

Do note that this, however, doesn't prevent you from scheduling classes for any subject on your calendar.

To customize how one-on-one bookings should work for you. Navigate to the Online Bookings > Settings > One-on-one tab. You will see the below options:

  1. Booking interval
  2. Booking lead time
  3. When can students book?
  4. Accept one-on-one bookings
  5. Attendance marking

Booking interval

The Booking Interval setting controls how available time slots are generated.

To set the booking interval:

  1. Navigate to the Online Booking main menu (☁️ cloud icon) → Settings → One-on-One.
  2. Under Booking Interval, select the desired time interval from the drop-down and click Save.

For example:

• If the interval is set to 30 minutes, slots will appear as: 7:00–8:00, 7:30–8:30, 8:00–9:00

• If set to 15 minutes, slots will appear as: 7:00–8:00, 7:15–8:15, 7:30–8:30, etc.

This setting simply allows for more flexible and overlapping time slots, making it easier for users to find a suitable time.

Booking lead time

Booking lead time refers to the minimum amount of time required before which a session can be booked. This can be set in days, hours, or minutes from the drop-down options.

For example, if the booking lead time is set for 2 days, the client can only make an online booking up to 2 days before the scheduled session. If, for instance, it is set to 8 hours, then the client can only make an online booking prior to 8 hours before the scheduled session.

To set a booking lead time for one-on-one sessions:

  1. Navigate to the Online Booking tab (☁️ cloud icon) → Settings → One-on-One.
  2. Under Booking Lead Time, set the desired lead time from the drop-down options and click Save.

💡 Tip: if you’re accepting instant bookings from customers, you can set the booking lead time to 0 minutes.

When can students book?
