Merging Duplicate Students
If you have duplicate/outdated student profiles, you can easily merge such student profiles on your admin dashboard. Head over to the People main menu and then on the Students page, Select any profile that you'd like to merge by clicking on the 3 dot button on the same line and then select Merge. On the pop-up, select the duplicate profile by clicking on the + icon inside the box. Additionally, you can click on any of the two boxes in the pop-up to make it the prim

Maintain up-to-date student records by sending students their specific form links, allowing them to make necessary updates directly. To send a student their specific student form link, follow these simple steps; Go to the People main menu, then on the Students page, select the row of the student for whom you wish to send the form. Updating Terms and Conditions
You can set up terms and conditions on your sign-up form your online booking page by following these simple steps. The T&C checkbox: Navigate to the People menu, and click on Student form under Setup. While customizing a student form, scroll down to the heading Terms and conditions. Click on the check box named Display as hyperlink text to a checkbox that a student must accept. Paste a link of your T&Cs. !
