Reset Password for a Student Profile

If any of your students require a password reset, simply head to the student profile :

As an Admin/Owner

Locate the People menu situated on the left-hand side of your screen and select it to access the default students page.
Search for the student and open their profile by clicking on their name.
In the student’s profile, click on the Actions button situated in the top right corner of the screen.
Click on the Reset Password option, and an email will be sent to the student’s registered email to reset their password.

⚠️You can reset passwords for multiple students at the same time. Just click on the checkboxes to the left of the student names and then, click on the Lock 🔓 icon situated on top.




As the student:

On the signing-in page of Classcard, click on the Forgot your password? option.
Enter the Registered Email Address to receive instructions for resetting your password on your email.
