Publishing Classes Online
You can publish your classes, stand-alone or repeating, to sell seats for them online.
After creating a new class and saving the details, on the Publish page, toggle the Publish online button.
👉 You can also ‘skip’ publishing class or proceed to the enrollments page by clicking on the ‘save’ button.
Click on the respective class from the Calendar and click on the Actions button at the top left corner.
In the pop-up, click on the Publish class button.
The Title auto-populates by default from the subject name, you can change the same.
You can either add a Description for the class manually or generate one instantly by clicking on the Magic description using AI option. (Optional)
Upload a Promo image for the class that will be displayed on your online booking page.
Add a Banner image that will be shown on a selected class page.
In the Payment options section,
Toggle the Trial button if you would like to permit trial classes for single sessions. Add in the Trial price or optionally type 0.00 for free trials.
Toggle the Drop-in button if you would like to Permit booking for single sessions.
Toggle the Packages button if you would like to offer the subject as multiple sessions for sale. You can select or deselect the packages under the same.
⚠️ When no packages have been set up for the subject, the ‘drop-in’ button will automatically be switched on by ‘default.’
Enable the Age filter button in the Advanced filters section to permit booking for classes only for specific age categories.
Add the Minimum age and Maximum age from the drop-down menu.
Add custom fields to personalize the enrollment process for your classes.
Click on the Save button to proceed next.
To customize how class bookings should work for you. Navigate to the Online Bookings > Settings > Preferences tab. You will see the below options:
Payment options
Default display
Session redemptions
Class cancellation
You will notice two options:
Book now and pay later
This will allow customers to book their seats online without completing the payment.
Book now and pay now (recommended)
This will only complete the booking if the customer has completed the payment successfully online.
⚠️ Please make sure you have integrated a payment gateway to enable this option.
The classes on your online booking page can be displayed in two ways:
Grid view - The classes are displayed as tiles as and when you publish them, regardless of date and seat availability.
Scheduled view - The classes are displayed with the Date that is the latest classes and the availability of seats per class.
Students get the option to redeem their unused valid sessions for the same subject. Check online session redemption to know more.
Permit students to cancel their enrollment for a session before a set cut-off time. Check out online booking cancellation article to know more.
