Online Session Redemption
Classcard can permit students to redeem a valid unused session from a previously bought package.
To enable this option, follow these simple steps:
Navigate to the Online bookings menu and click on Settings under Setup.
Click on the Preferences tab and scroll to the Session redemption and class cancellations section.
Click on the first checkbox to enable the option for redeeming sessions.
💡 While the student is checking out during their current online booking, Classcard will immediately prompt the student if they would like to redeem a session (of the same subject) of a package they had previously bought.
⚠️The session redemption option only applies if the package is still valid. By valid, the sessions should not have past their validity date or has no validity date attached to them while adding a new invoice. Also, this only applies to packages paid by the student.
