Run Payroll
To calculate (teaching) staff salaries at the end of your salary cycle, head over to Reports, and click on the Payroll Calculator (under Staff).
Method 1: Calculate salary per class
Select the Pay Period (using the calendar icon)
Select the Staff Member (using the briefcase icon)

Set the Unit as Per Class (in this method, the staff member is compensated per class taken irrespective of the number of students present)

⚠️ Pro-rata Pay Rate
Set Pro-rata to Yes, in case you'd like to pro-rate the pay rates where the class duration is different from the subject duration set (example: if the 60 min rate is $100 and class time is 75 mins, the payout is pro-rated to $125).
Set Pro-rata to No, in case you'd not like to pro-rate the pay rates where the class duration is different from the subject duration set (example: example: if the 60 min rate is $100 and class time is 75 mins, the payout is yet $100).
Method 2: Calculate salary per student
Select the Pay Period (using the calendar icon)
Select the Staff Member (using the briefcase icon)
Click the Calculator icon
Set the Unit as Per Student (in this method, the staff member is compensated per student per class. You will notice a new column Students would now be visible displaying the number of students per class).
Obviously, you have the option to pro-rate the pay rate here as well.
