Reset Password for a Staff Profile
If you need to reset the password for one of your staff members, simply follow the easy steps outlined below:
For the owner:
- Click on the People menu located on the left side of your screen, and then choose Staff to navigate to the staff list.
- To Reset the Password, click on any row that corresponds to that staff member.
- In the staff member’s profile, click on the Actions button situated in the top right corner of the screen.
- Click on the Reset Password option, and an email will be sent to the staff member’s registered email address for resetting the password.
For the staff member:
- Alternatively, a staff member can reset their own password.
- On the login page of Classcard, click on Forgot your password? option.
- Enter your Registered Email Address to get the process of resetting your password.
- Then click on the Set Password button, and the email is sent!
