Online Booking Cancellation

Permit students to cancel their booking for a session before a set cut-off time.

To enable this option, follow these simple steps:

1. Navigate to the Online bookings menu and click on Settings under Setup.
2. Click on the Preferences tab and scroll to the Session redemption and class cancellations section.

3. Click on the second checkbox to enable the option for class cancellation option. Next, select the Value and Type from the drop-down menu. This enables the duration before a student can cancel a session.

__For example, __

• If you select 30 from the Value and Minutes from the Type options, the student will be able to cancel a session only prior to 30 minutes before the session commences.
• 2 from the Value and Days from the Type option, then the student will be able to cancel a session only 2 days before the session commences. Then click save.
