Marking Class Attendance

To mark attendance, you can choose from web or mobile app (iPhone and Android)

Classcard Staff App



Navigate to the Dashboard of your mobile app, locate the row for the desired class, and then click on the row. You will notice a Mark Attendance to record attendance for that class.

👉The mark attendance button is only visible 15 mins prior to the class’ start. One cannot mark attendance for future classes.

On the attendance page, you'll be able to mark students as Present or Absent either collectively or for individual students. The choice is yours.

👉Long press, the tick (present) or cross (absent) to see all the present and absent options.

Present options:
- Present
- Present late
- Present left early

Absent options:
- Absent
- Absent billable

Then, click on Confirm Attendance button on the top right of the screen.

Web (Dashboard):



Navigate to the Dashboard menu on the left side of the screen, and click on it.
To mark attendance for a specific class, simply find the row for that class on the attendance table and click the Mark Attendance button.
On the attendance page, you'll be able to mark students as Present or Absent either collectively or for individual students. The choice is yours.
Then, click on Confirm Attendance on the top right of the screen.




Web (Calendar):



Navigate to the Calendar menu on the left side of the screen, and click on it.
On the Calendar display, click on the class you would like to mark the attendance for.
Click on the Mark Attendance button.
On the attendance page, you have the freedom to mark students as Present or Absent either as a group or for each student. The decision is yours.
Then, click on Confirm Attendance on the top right of the screen.

💡To provide additional feedback for a student, you have the option of leaving a class comment or an individual comment by clicking on the same
