Editing/Modifying Student Profile
A student profile consists of all the necessary information about a student. You can add or change information by customizing their student profile.
To access a student profile, follow these simple steps:
Navigate to the People menu on the left side of the screen.
On the Students’ page, click on any of the students’ names to access their profile information.
On the student's profile page, click on the Edit button next to the Details section. Modify or add Personal details and then click Save to update the information.
Similarly, you can click on the remaining sections such as Address, Academic details, Family, and Miscellaneous sections and modify/edit the same.
You can even add Custom Fields for additional information, check out this article, adding custom fields (student form).
You can also view their Enrollments, Class Schedules, and Invoice History on the same page.
💡Note: On the students' page, the 'status' of a student is based on their class schedule and can be either 'active' or 'inactive.' The 'active' students have scheduled classes in their calendars, and 'inactive' students have completed all classes and have no upcoming ones.
