Managing Lead Conversions
Learn how to follow the lead journey on Classcard.
_Lead won as a student_
To mark a lead as won, follow the steps below:
Click on the Leads option on the left main menu.
Click on the row bearing the lead.
Click the third option (won) in the Sales Pipeline (table on the left side of the page).
Fill in additional details and enroll the student in your institute.

_Lead Lost_
To mark a lead lost, follow these steps:
Click on the Leads on the left main menu
Select the last option (lost) in the Sales Pipeline
Choose a reason as to why your lead was lost

_Lead won as a student_
To mark a lead as won, follow the steps below:
Click on the Leads option on the left main menu.
Click on the row bearing the lead.
Click the third option (won) in the Sales Pipeline (table on the left side of the page).
Fill in additional details and enroll the student in your institute.

_Lead Lost_
To mark a lead lost, follow these steps:
Click on the Leads on the left main menu
Select the last option (lost) in the Sales Pipeline
Choose a reason as to why your lead was lost
