Managing a Location

Add the location of your business with these simple steps. If you have multiple locations for your offline classes, you can manage them by editing each location individually. Follow the below steps:

Add a location



Navigate to the Locations section in the Settings menu. On the right-hand side of the screen, click Add Location.

A pop-up will appear asking for Permission to access your Location. Click "Allow," to automatically detect your 'current location' and display it on the map. If you choose not to allow the app to access your location, you can manually enter it.

Enter the Location name in the respective field.
If you want to add the location to a group, click on the Search groups dropdown button and select the desired group. To create a new location group, click on the Manage button, then Add group. Enter the group name and description, and click Save.

For example, if you run a racket sports academy offering tennis and squash classes, you could organize your locations under the groups - Tennis Courts and Squash Courts. On your online bookings page, all tennis court locations would be displayed under the group ‘Tennis Courts’. Similarly, all squash court locations would be displayed under the group ‘Squash Courts’.

If the location is part of a larger location, toggle the Located within a larger location? button. Then, select the larger location from the Search location drop-down menu.

For instance, you can divide your football field into smaller sections like half courts or quarter courts. The half courts or quarter courts would be part of a larger location i.e. the entire football field. However, for this purpose, you will need to create individual locations for each section. Search for the location on the map by typing in the Search a location box and selecting the appropriate result.
You can enter the location Capacity by specifying the number of seats available.
You can then add a Description for more details. (optional)

If you wish to make the location available for customers to rent, toggle the Make available for rental button.

Edit a location



After successfully creating a Location for your business, you can Edit any part of the existing location. Navigate to the row of the location in the Name Column and click on it.
Voila! You can edit the location according to your preference.




Delete a location



Navigate to the three Dots in the row of the location you want to delete and click on them.
Click the Delete option. Upon clicking it, a Confirmation Prompt will appear.
You can either Cancel or Confirm the process of deletion of the location.
Clicking on "confirm" will permanently delete the location.
