How Students Can Cancel a Class

To cancel a class, follow the simple steps listed below:

Log in to your account and join your institution.

Navigate to your profile name drop-down on the right side of your screen, scroll to the Calendar icon and click on it.
Dot-marked dates on the month-wise calendar are bookings. Click any booked date in the current or past months, and the right side will display your bookings.
When the bookings are listed, click on the booking you want to cancel, on the popup, click on the Cancel booking button.

Lastly, write down the reason for the cancellation and click on the Confirm button.

💡 The booking would be canceled for the session and the credits of the canceled session can be used to book any class at a later time.
