How can a student share a file from their end with the academy/institute
To share a file with the academy/institute or with a particular staff member, follow these simple steps;
Navigate to your name at the top right corner and click the drop-down button.
Click on Profile, scroll to the left side of your screen, and click on My files.
Then, click on the Add a file button.
Navigate and click on the Profile button on the bottom right of your screen.
Click on Files and then, click on the Add a file button.
In the File Type option, you can either:
Embed - Enter a URL for YouTube videos and larger file links in the Embed option.
Upload - Click on Upload to pick files from your device to upload.
Add the File Name, and an optional Description.
Finally, you may share the file with any staff member by selecting the Share option and then clicking Save.
