Create Lead Segments

Filter your leads into segments for easy accessibility and differentiation.

Create a segment



Navigate to the People menu and head to the Leads tab.
Click on the funnel icon. A sidebar with the lead filters appears.

💡 You can save filter settings by toggling on the Save filter view button and entering a Filter name for the view. Then, click on Save & apply filters. You can later select this filtered view by clicking on the arrow next to the funnel icon on the Leads tab. You can also create a new view by clicking on New filter view and follow the same steps.

The filters



Stage - Click on the plus sign (+) on the right side of the filter name. Check one or more boxes based on the lead stage: the default—Enquired, Appointment, Won and Lost, or any other lead stages that you have created.
Interest - Select one or more checkboxes based on lead interest: Hot, Warm, Cool and Cold.
Owner - Segment leads assigned to a specific team member.
Latest trial date - Select the exact date from the Calendar icon or use the drop-down options to to narrow down the trial date.
For example - If you select the options ‘is before’ and ‘one week ago’ from the drop-down menus, you will segment all the leads with trial dates before one week.
Follow up - Select the exact date from the Calendar icon or use the drop-down options to to narrow down the follow up date.
For example - If you select the options ‘is after’ and ‘one week from now’ from the drop-down menus, you will segment all the leads with follow ups upcoming after one week.
Last contacted - Select the exact date from the Calendar icon or use the drop-down options to to narrow down the last contacted time frame.
For example - If you select the option ‘is between’ from the drop-down menu, and select the respective date range from the ‘Calendar,’ you will segment all the leads that have been last contacted between those dates.

The fields added to your lead form will also appear as filter options. Click the plus sign (+) next to the field and check the relevant boxes to filter the leads as desired.

Once you have selected the respective filters, click on the Apply filters button to view your segmented leads. To clear your selections, click on the Reset filters button.
