Convert a Lead to a Student

The conversion of a Lead into a student can take place in the below steps.

From the Admin

1. Navigate to the People menu, and click on Leads.
2. On the All Leads page, click on the Lead name you want to convert to a student.
3. Under the header Stage, in the drop-down options, click on Won and the Lead will be converted into a Student automatically.
4. You can also click on Actions button on the top right of the screen, to send student form link to leads with the options,

• Open student form (To manually fill the details of the lead-now-student)
• Copy student form link (To send the link through different means of communication)
• Email student form link (To send the URL link instantly through Classcard)

5. Or, directly select the Convert to Student option.
6. Then, an Edit personal information page will pop up, you can add/change the details of the student and click save.
   The lead is now a student!

From the Student

A Lead will also get converted into a student when the Lead will enroll in a class/batch, purchase a class/session, or a package. The student will then fill out all the necessary student information after signing in.
