Zoom Integration
Zoom is a cloud video conferencing and simple online meetings app - widely used for teaching online.
Log In to Zoom Marketplace
Visit Zoom Marketplace and log in with your admin account.
On the main screen, navigate to the Develop drop-down button, and click on Build App.
In the popup of What kind of app are you creating, select the first option i.e., General App, and then click on the Create button.
In the Development tab, under Select how the app is managed, select Admin-managed and click on the Save button below.
On the same page, under the OAuth Information (Development) section, add the below URL under the OAuth Redirect URL.

Next, under OAuth Allow Lists, paste the three URLs listed below by clicking on the +Add Allow List button to paste all three URLs.

URL 3 - https://v2.reportcard.tech/api/v2/zoom/oauth
Click on Continue.
On the Access page, scroll down to Event Subscription (Development) and toggle it on. Click on Continue.
Next head to the Scopes main menu on the left side panel.
On the Add Scopes page, click on the +Add Scopes button.
In the popup, on the left side of the popup under Product,
Scroll down and click on the Meeting option. Click on View and manage all user meetings. Select all the checkboxes that fall into the same.
Next, click on the Recording option. Then, click on View all user recordings. Select all the checkboxes that fall into the same.
Lastly, click on the User option. Click on View all user information. Select all the checkboxes that fall into the same.
Click on the Done button.
Next, click on the Production tab on top, and on the main Basic information page, scroll down to the OAuth Information (Production) section.
Under OAuth Redirect URL, paste the below URL and click on Continue.

Click on Continue.
Next, head to the App listing menu on the left side of the screen and click on it.
Under the App Information section, scroll down to the App Name and type in Classcard.
Scroll down to the Short Description section and type in the below information,

Similarly, in the Long Description section type in the below information, and click on Continue.
The app enables (type institution name) to create schedules via Classcard and generate meeting links for each class, further class recordings can be made available via Classcard
Next, head to the Beta Test menu on the left side of the screen and click on it.
On the Beta Test page, click on the Scopes drop-down option and then click on Scope usage description is required.
You’ll then be directed to the Scopes page, scroll all the way down to the Scope Description section, and under that paste the below descriptions and click on Continue.
Ability to create and view meetings for all users
Ability to view and share meeting recordings with stakeholders
Ability to view and list users to create a user map on Classcard
Then, head back to the Beta Test clicking on the same on the left side panel.
On the Beta Test page, click on the App Listing - App Information drop-down, and under that, click on Company Name which comes under the App Listing main menu.
Scroll down and add your institution/academy name under the Company Name heading.
Then under Developer Contact Information, type in Anuj Chhabria as Name, tech@classcardapp.com as the Email Address.
Under the Categorize Your App section,
Under Marketplace Category, select the option Learning & Development.
Under Industry Vertical, select the option Education.
Under Market Segment, select the option Enterprise.
Under Line of Business, select the option Product.
Click on Continue.
Lastly, head to the Beta Test menu on the left side of the screen and click on it.
Scroll down to the Share App section and copy the Authorization URL.
On the top left side of your screen, in the App Credentials box, copy the Client ID as well as Client Secret and share it with the tech or customer success team of Classcard.

Only the Classcard owner or an admin with access privileges can link their Zoom account by navigating to Integrations > Zoom. If the Zoom account includes multiple users, the Classcard owner can assign which Classcard calendars will generate meetings for specific Zoom users.
⚠️ To link multiple Zoom users in Classcard, you must first create those users directly in Zoom.

The student will get a reminder about the event and can easily access the online classroom by clicking "Join" from the Calendar or "Join Class" from the email.
You can opt to send the student's link directly by navigating to the class on the calendar, clicking on it, selecting the three dots next to the location info, and choosing the "Copy student link" option to copy it to your clipboard.
To deauthorize your Zoom integration with Classcard, follow these instructions:
Step 1: Head over to the Integrations main menu option in your Classcard account, and click on Zoom.
Step 2: Click the Uninstall button.

Production stage

Calendar Sync
