Integrate Zoho Books on Classcard
FAQ's
Navigate to the Integrations menu on the bottom left side of your screen and click on it.
On the All Integrations page, you can either locate Zoho Books from all the integrations or, you’ll also find it in the Accounting tab situated under the heading Integrations.
After clicking on Zoho Books, select the country from the drop-down options and click on the Connect button.
Next, You’ll be redirected to the Sign in page of Zoho Books. You can either sign in if you already have an account or click on the Sign up now option located at the bottom of the page.
After signing in, authorize Classcard by clicking on the Accept button.
On the Dashboard of your Zoho Books account, select the Items tab at the top left side of the screen.
On the top right side of the screen, click on + New to add an item.
Add the Item Name that you’re selling, then, choose to add Sales information or Purchase information.
You can add in the price of the item, select the account and click save.
The item will be automatically added to Classcard!
On the Classcard Zoho Books accounting page, Sync items, that is, match the Classcard item to the Zoho Book item from the drop-down menu and then, select the Zoho Book account that you would put the item under. Then, click save.
Sync taxes to the Zoho tax from the drop-down options of the tax to be levied on and click save.
Lastly, Sync payment methods, that is, select the Zoho account that the payment method would be into. Then, click save.
💡 Check for Rounding off - Both Zoho and Classcard need to be rounding off to 1 (On Zoho > Choose Settings > Preferences > General>Enable “Round off total to the nearest whole number for sales transactions.
Note: Zoho mandates that invoice items are linked to sales accounts only.
