Setting up Location Rentals

You can now let customers easily book your facilities—football turfs, rooms, tennis courts, or paddle courts—directly from your online booking page with these simple steps:

Navigate to the Locations section of the Settings menu. Once you’ve added your location details, toggle the Make available for rental button.


Under the pricing tab,



Add the durations and pricing options for the location. Select the duration from the Select duration drop-down menu and enter the corresponding price. You may also set a peak price—a separate rate for busy hours.
You can add multiple durations and price sets for the location by clicking on the blue Add a duration and its prices option.


Under the operating hours tab,



In the Operating hours section, set your availability by toggling the day buttons and specifying start and end times. You can also designate peak hours for busier periods.


Under the Online bookings tab,



Under Online bookings, toggle the Permit online bookings? button to allow customers to book the location directly through your online booking page.
After toggling the Permit online bookings? button, you can add a custom description for online booking. To do this, uncheck the Same as location description box. If you leave this box checked, the online booking page will display the same description as entered for the location.
Select the amenities available at your location by checking or unchecking the boxes next to the icons and amenity names.
Add a Location photo by clicking on the Upload box. Add the image file and click Save. You can also include up to 5 additional photos or videos of the location.
You can also upsell products as add-ons to the location. Simply click the Add product button and select the product you wish to include from the Product drop down menu. The prices and price variations (if any) will be auto-populated based on the details you've entered while adding a product. Toggle the Mandatory switch to make the product a required purchase with the location booking.
You can add up to 5 custom fields or questions by clicking on the Add new button and selecting the preferred option from the drop down menu. These custom fields can be added to gather additional information from customers when they book your rental facilities. The 5 options for the custom fields are:

Single select - Allows you to create a field where participants can choose only one option from a predefined list. (example: Age group of players with options like 10-13, 15-18, 18+)

Multiple select - Provides the option to create a field where participants can choose multiple options from a predefined list. (example: equipment needed with options such as racket, ball, net, shoes)

Short answer - Enables you to create a field where participants can provide brief, text-based responses. (example: Team name where participants can enter a short name for their group)

Long answer - Enables you to create a field where participants can provide more detailed, text-based responses. (example: Special requests where participants can provide more detailed information about any specific needs or accommodations)

Number - Allows you to create a field where participants can enter numerical values. (example: Number of players where participants can enter the total count of people in their group)

Once you've entered all these details, click on Save. Your location will then be displayed as available for rentals on your online bookings page.
