Next, optionally, enter the type of test you are grading under Type and press Enter. For example, it could be descriptive, skill-based, multiple-choice questions, or anything else.
Choose the Subject from the drop-down options that you grading for. Optionally, you can add sections to your grading.

💡 You can add a 'template' (optional) to reuse the grade sections without having to recreate them again. If you haven’t, create a grading template.

The Grading date by default would be the current day but you can change the date by clicking on the Calendar icon.
Select the Staff that would be grading the test. Optionally, enter a Description. Since you might have multiple tests under the same subject, adding a description is essential that will help you distinguish your test from the others.
After entering all the details, click on Save grade details at the screen’s top right corner.

Step 2: Students
Next, on the Students page, click the Add students or batch button, and select the students or batch you want to grade for.
Lastly, click on Proceed to adding grades button.
On the grading page, click on a particular student, and on the sidebar, under the subject name, click on the drop-down menu, and choose a grade. The grade would be updated automatically.
You can even add a Staff comment. (Optional)
On the same grading page click on the Publish grades button and you’re done.
