PayNow Integration

PayNow is a near-instant real-time payment system that facilitates an enhanced funds transfer experience.

To integrate the PayNow payment gateway with Classcard, follow these simple steps:

On Classcard



Navigate to the Integrations menu on the bottom left side of your screen and click on it.
On the All Integrations page, locate PayNow. Alternatively, you can also find it under the Payments tab.
Add the UEN obtained from your bank in the respective field.

Click Save and you’re all set!

💡 A Unique Entity Number (UEN) is a 9 to 10 digit identification number for businesses and other entities in Singapore. It is typically issued by your bank or other government-approved agencies.




To record a payment made by a customer using PayNow,

Navigate to the Billing menu on the left side of your screen. Under the Invoices tab, click on the invoice for which the payment needs to be recorded.
Once the Invoice page opens, under the heading Payments, click on the Receipt for which the payment needs to be recorded, for which the status will be displayed as Pending.


Click on the ‘Pending’ receipt. An Edit Payment pop-up will open.
In the green Review PayNow Payment banner on top of the pop-up, simply click Accept or Reject after reviewing the Transaction ID and Proof of Payment.
After you accept the payment, click on Save.


The status on the receipt will change to ‘Successful’.
